To help you plan your day out at the Newbury Garden Show, we have compiled a list of our most frequently asked visitor questions. If you have a question which is not answered here, please call our general enquiries line on 01702 549623, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Tickets
If you have a ticket enquiry, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 3pm excluding Bank Holidays. The cost to call 0333 numbers is the same as calling a normal local or national land line. If your tariff or call package offers free or inclusive calls to landlines, numbers starting with 03 will normally be included free of charge. On weekend show days, lines will be open from 8am to 11am.
Our new Premium Tickets give you the flexibility and freedom to attend the show on either day, so if you can’t decide what day you’d like to join us, or worry your plans might change last minute, our Premium Tickets are a great option. Premium Tickets will give you any one-day entry to the Newbury Garden Show. Please note that Premium Tickets are for one day use only and are strictly limited.
To help you plan ahead, our Standard Tickets give you the option to select which day you would like to attend the show. Please note that if a day is selected, tickets cannot be exchanged once purchased.
If you have booked Standard day-specific tickets, these are non transferable. If you’re unsure which day you’d like to attend the show, we’d suggest booking our Premium Tickets to give you the flexibility and freedom to attend on any-one show day.
Ideally we prefer all of our customers to print their tickets, but if you are unable to print the tickets, we do also accept viewing on smartphones.
No, tickets to the Newbury Garden Show will only permit entry to the Newbury Garden Show. We have a special Combined Ticket Option, which will grant admission to both the All About Dogs Show Newark and the Newark Garden Show. If you would like tickets to access both events, you will need to purchase a combined ticket. You can find out more on our website here.
We’re sorry if you can’t join us but all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Sometimes our ticket confirmation emails end up in people’s junk mail (we try not to take it personally). Follow this link to the ticket booking page, then click on ‘More Information’. There should be an option to ‘Resend My Email’. Click this and your tickets should be resent through to you. For further assistance, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912.
Parking & Transport
No, parking at the Newbury Showground is free for visitors. There are plenty of car parking spaces available, however please note that all parking is on grass so we advise wearing appropriate footwear.
The main car park is about a five minute walk to the Showground entrance.
Yes. The spaces are as close as possible to the Showground entrance. Please ask staff on arrival and they will direct you to these spaces. However, we advise arriving early as Blue Badge parking is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Yes, according to the Newbury Showground website, the venue is accessible by public transport. You can find out more information here.
The Show
The Newbury Garden Show takes place both inside the show marquees and outside on the Newbury Showground.
The ground that the show will be taking place on is flat with concrete paths.
Yes, there will be several public toilets available including outside portaloos as well as toilet blocks managed by the Newbury Showground.
Dogs on leads are allowed on the Showground. Guide dogs for the blind or for the hard of hearing are welcome in all areas. Please respect our surroundings and pick up any waste after your dog and dispose of it in the dog litter bins that are situated in various places around the Showground.
Yes, we will issue hand stamps for anyone wishing to return throughout the day of their visit.
Yes, you are welcome to picnic in any public areas of the Showground.
Whilst we advertise events, activities and entertainments we will not be held responsible for the failure of any events, activity and/or entertainment being available or the quality of any of the events, activities or entertainments. Failure of any of these to please cannot be held as a reason for refund.

You are fully liable for your animal should they cause any damage or injury. Any dog showing aggressive behaviour at the show will be asked to leave with no refund given. In the interests of hygiene make sure you pick up after your dog. Any photos and/or videos taken by a member of Aztec Garden Shows Ltd may be used in future for promotion of the show. Visitors are reminded that the terrain of the show may be unstable please be aware of the possibility of slips, trips and falls.
